We provide an abundance of presentations for many standard surveys. Choose one and modify it according to your needs or create your own individual surveys in just a few steps.

The questionnaire editor

Askallo offers you a luxury questionnaire editor. During the whole creation process we show you a preview of your current questionnaire.
The surface is intuitive and the editor is very easy to handle, so you will get along with it at once. The questionnaires can be subdivided into different sections to show the participants page by page.

Adapting the questionnaire design

With our design editor you can modify the questionnaire according to your needs. You can change the colours, the font and even add your own personal logo. You have the possibility to adapt all design features to fit to your personal wishes. There is a vast amount of design presentations available.

Filtering of questions and elements

You can establish conditions that determine whether you show the participant either one question or a whole page. According to the participant's previous answers you can dictate the survey progress.

Plan and carry out a survey

Askallo enables to manage different participant lists. You can either create these yourself or upload prepared tables.

For each survey you can choose different settings, for example:

  • Automatic invitations and reminder e-mails
  • The duration of the survey
Furthermore you can choose between different kinds of surveys:
  • Survey with closed user group
  • Open survey (accessible for anybody)

Analysis

Askallo offers you the following evaluation options:

  • manager for extensive reports to construct and distribute reports, also compatible for presentations incl. PDF-Export
  • confortable express evaluation
  • download of the results (Excel/CSV)
  • interface to SPSS

Additional functions

Depending on the basis packet you chose, you have access to the following additional functions:

Multilingualism

Create your questionnaires in different languages. First you construct the questionnaire in one language. Later the questionnaire can be easily translated into additional languages.

Encryption via SSL

This function enables all surveys to be encoded with SSL. While somebody fills out a questionnaire, the whole data transfer in the internet will happen in encrypted form.

Multiuser environment

Administer different users in your customer account and grant them selective access to certain functions.

IP-filter

With this function you can control the access to the survey. Systems that do not cope with your filter constraints cannot take part in the survey.
