Can I save created diagrams and evaluation reports for later use in Word

  • Yes, you can save your diagrams as pictures for further use or just copy-paste them.

Can I export my evaluation or my report?

  • Yes, you can export the report as a PDF-file.

Why does Excel export only until a particular column and why does it stop then without exporting the rest of the replies?

  • Problem:
    Excel can only show a limited number of columns (256).
    Posible solution:

    • Below the export data menu at questions with a single response choose "One column per response possibility"
    • OpenOffice represents an alternative to Excel. Save the data for the export and the open again by OpenOffice.

Can I export the result data as CSV for further processing to foreign programmes (e.g. MS Excel)?

  • Yes, the results can be exported as CSV-files (with numerous possibilities of configuration) for external evaluations.

Can I export the result data as SPSS for further processing?

  • Yes, via SPSS-export you can create a data and comand file for further processing. All variables will be defined and all attributes like name, type and labels will be set correctly.

Why has only a syntax file been transferred instead of the whole dataset after the SPSS-export?

  • At the SPSS-export thera are shown two links (data file and syntax file): "Export file" and "Generate control file". Download both and copy them in the same directory. Then open the syntax file by double-clicking and the files will be loaded automatically.

Can I examine temporary results (of already received questionnaires) although the survey is pending?

  • Yes, that's possible at anytime. You are also able to process an express evaluation on the received questionnaires at all times.
