Which size does my answer-memory have and how is the memory-seizure proceeded?
Every answer of a participant occupies memory. The answer-memory counts the single incoming replies. So, normally, one reply on a standard question uses one disk space. More complex and therewith combinated types of questions need a disk space for each part of the question.
What happens to my survey results when the aswer-memory reaches its maximum before having received all questionnaires?
When you reached your maximum space of memory, all further questionnaires will be stored in a cache. If you apply for an expansion or a higher tariff, the stored questionnaires will automatically be transferred to your answer-memory for further evaluation. So you won't loose any data.
What or on which period does the duration of answer-memory refer to?
- The utizable memory for your answers is valid during all the time of your tariff and doesn't depend on the number or duration of your surveys.
You can set free memory space by deleting a survey. Please note that by deleting a survey all the respective data of this survey will also be deleted.
May I request additional memory, when I need more?
- Yes, you can. It is up to you to book additional memory in different sizes. You're welcome to contact us!
May I add memory within the gratis Free-Level tariff?
- No, we're sorry. First you would have to change for a higher tariff to recieve or apply for more memory. The Free-Level tariff is only a test version and hence does not include any upgrades.
