When does the free-level tariff expire?

  • The free-level tariff doesn't have any expiring date. You may test askallo as long as you like. All necessary functions will be available to realize basic polls. You are free to submit to a higher tariff at any time.

Will my data be deleted when changing my tariff?

  • No, your data won't be deleted. It will remain available when changing your tariff.

When am I able to use my access to start working with askallo?

  • Your account will be available inmediately after the activation.

When does the tariff duration initiate?

  • The duration of the chosen tariff starts with the booking date.

Does askallo offer any individual service-packages, if my request doesn't accord with the price models?

  • Of course, just contact us! Together we will elaborate an individual package of services that covers your specific needs.

Does askallo offer support for the creation and accomplishment of surveys?

  • Just contact us! We help you with with your planned poll. We offer:
    • consulting in the realization of surveys
    • creation and realization of polls
    • registration of questionnaires in paperform, also of higher quantities
    • building up a server system in your office or accomodation
    • individual preparation of the poll replies according to your requisition
    • support at offline-registration

In which form would you like to receive my cerfificate of matriculation?

  • You may send us your current cerfificate of matriculation in digital form via e-mail (service@askallo.com).

Does askallo offer a neutral environment (white-label mode) for surveys?

  • Sure! The white-label mode for surveys can be booked additionally within the business tariff. Contact us, it is a pleasure to consult you!

May I request additional memory, when I need more?

  • Yes, you can. It is up to you to book additional memory in different sizes. You're welcome to contact us!

May I add memory within the gratis Free-Level tariff?

  • No, we're sorry. First you would have to change for a higher tariff to recieve or apply for more memory. The Free-Level tariff is only a test version and hence does not include any upgrades.

Is there a limit concerning the polls or included numbers of questions in polls within the different tariffs?

  • No, there is no limitation of quantity of polls, questionnaires, questions or participants.
